What should Shane weigh on fight night?

Should he hydrate and come in heavy 160+?

Should he come in light no more than 155

Or does it matter at all?

I don't think 5 lbs will make much of a difference, either way.

I want Shane to be light on his feet and let his hands go. Pretty relaxed, show off those combinations, confident on his distance control and creativity. I know he's well prepared for this one, no weight lifting, no tightness, no rigid body parts, just feel good and box his way in his playground.

I don't know if he can come in comfortably at 155 and not gas out but he'll want to be light enough to chase down Floyd. He better have comfortable track shoes,it'll be like the chicken chasing Scene in Rocky.Cept the chicken punches back and talks **** the whole time.

It doesn't matter. He'll lose either way.

You've an option for no more than 155, and an option for 160+, leaving out a 5 lb gap where he's probably most likely to weigh.

Whatever weight leaves him appropriately hydrated and with appropriate energy stores without feeling bloated is fine. Whatever that is specifically doesn't really matter.

Yeah I thought about it. But I thought the two that really mattered most would be either light or heavy really no in between.

he gotta come in around 155.. i think 155-157 would be the perfect weight on fight night for Shane against a fighter like Floyd

He was 160 against Margarito. I felt that was a good weight for him. Between 155-160 would be my answer. No more than that though.

I always said that he came in to light against Cotto.

He looked physically much better against Margo and Mayorga.

He should let himself hydrate and come in as comfortable as possible.

Even though Mosley and Mayweather are kinda on the same level with the speed,Floyd may be alil faster with his hands and reflex,Shane has to be smart and out think Floyd.Mosley is the natruraly stronger man so if he uses that strength wisely it could be a positive factor in the fight.

The point is,Shane has to hurt Floyd when he connects to get Mayweather's respect.Coming into the fight hydrated and strong will help.

He came in at 154 against Collazo and I thought that he looked really good there.
