Povetkin is a very intriguing fight, and far too many people are sleeping on him

He has a style that can upset Wlad. His pressure fighting will make life difficult for Klitschko who likes to fight at his own pace. He'll throw a lot of punches, and really test Wlad's stamina, and could potentially get Wlad into panic mode

Problem is he might struggle to get past the Klitschko 1-2, and is prone to eating a lot of straight rights which will be his undoing. But at least it will be entertaining, Povetkin only comes forward

 

I think he should fight Povetkin next - while Haye should fight Sam Peter and win the WBC title.

Then a unification at Wembley, co-headline with Hatton vs Pacquiao :deal

 

He just needs to do what he's been doing, fighting the best there is to fight at the time and continue winning !

Povetkin is very well regarded and Wlad should fight him next ! I think Thompson was a more dangerous opponent than Povetkin because of his Southpaw stance and his awkwardness..

Povetkin is very busy but a straight up fighter with a so-so defence that Wlad could exploit all night mainly with his jab ! I'm sure Wlad will make the fight look ugly and hold a lot at times because Povetkin is so damn busy but he'll tire him out as the rounds go by with all the shots Povetkin will be taking flush...

After Povetkin, it's either gonna be Haye or Sam Peter if Peter beat Vitali ...

 

The only thing that worries me in the Povetkin fight is Wlad's holding. He'll be doing that a lot, he does it against most styles, but especially against somebody who will be looking to get inside almost exclusively. Hope he doesn't make it too ugly :-(

 

why drop the belts when he can unify, hopefully if haye is still talking **** he can knock him out!

 

both fighters haye and wlad have weakness's, both haye and wlad have a great chance to win, but defensively wlad is not really the great mover of head movement and tends to feel the pace in fights and if haye can improve fitness and work behind the jab until the late rounds looking for his straight right. or even fight klit on the inside he looked quite exposed against thompson and haye throws some really damaging uppercuts if haye is smart and doesnt get to emotionally involved in the fight then i believe he can do it!
but klitschko can keep haye at bay with straight jabs, as wlad can dictate the pace, but haye i think can do it!

but i say have wlad defend the belts and save this fight for in a few years where both are champions and have a huge build up for this! great fight and great things come to those who wait!
