Some people just drink a protien drink after they get out of practice if you drink any protien drinks is there any certain protien drink you would recomend me? Thanks in advance
Yesterday after the gym, I ate a punnet of grapes, a tin of peaches, 3 chicken breasts, half a jar of patak's balti sauce, a reasonable portion of rice, broccoli, peas, 3 small shortbread and about 1/3 of a terry's chocolate orange. This pretty much rolled into a supermeal as I had trained over lunch and arrived back home just before my tea time, so I just had that lot in 2 sittings within about 90 minutes.
Who THE **** IS THAT in your avatar? @ OP - Protein Shake, Almonds (handful) & a Banana should do the trick ;-)
