tried the routine tonight after 6 hours of gardening today i enjoyed it, felt good after, ****ed but good haha gonna finish my gym work with it again tommorow :good
gpat, I used it on my fighters yesterday and they, well. Let me put it this way. They hate me, they probably hate you and they probably hate your trainer as well. So that´s mean that they gonna be in good shape for the fight´s. Seriously they really liked it, hard and good training. Thanks once again. By the way here´s another one I usually use. it´s from rosstraining.com burpees for 1 minute sit-ups for 1 minute squats for 1 minute push-ups for 1 minute then everything for 45 seconds each then everything for 30 seconds each and finally everything for 15 seconds each No rest in between. it´s a killer Try it. will try that one sounds great your fighters will be in great shape trust me my trainer told me im one of the fittest amatuers hes ever seen and i use circuits like that
Alright mate, that's a good routine that. done it 5 times this week and find i like it best at the end of my gym work, before padwork, tho ive done it twice at home too with some pull-ups/chin-ups thrown in. i'm feeling tighter and a little quicker, but might just be coincidece definately gonna keep using it tho :good
