what style was Pea most susceptible to when he was in his prime. Even if that style didn't win a fight which style did he look the most vulnerable 2?

A guy like Quartey would have given him fits imo.

I'm wondering if a fellow south paw with Hector Camacho's speed would pose any problems. Just a thought.

An unorthodox swarmer like Aaron Pryor. A guy who throws so many punches and is so impossible to discourage that Pernell's timing is disrupted and he has no way to mount an effective offense. Kinda like what Harry Greb did to Mike Gibbons.

A SRL, Thomas Hearns, and Don Curry type stylistically. Basically guys with boxing skills who have the size, speed, and power advantage who can deal with pure boxers.

A one armed Buddy McGert did the best against the prime Pea, constant feints and head movement and willing to place his shots on the chest or head while moving in made it a close 12 rounds.

Pryor would walk thru him.....you needed to be able to really hurt Aaron to make him respect you, and Pea just didnt have the power or the workrate, his defense wouldn't matter much in this fight as great as it was.....
