What style would you say Ward is?

    A friend and I were having a disagreement over this. I think he's more of a boxer-puncher, but without exceptional power. My friend thinks he's a combination of boxer and swarmer, but I don't think of him as a swarmer...doesn't throw enough punches.

    Overall he's a boxer, who likes to fight on the inside. Boxer isn't the same thing as outside fighter, a boxer is selective with their punches and can fight at all ranges but don't emphasize power punching, like Hopkins.

    Nut Cracker!! Jk jk! Ward is a very crafty and skilled fighter.. Im gonna say one of the best without a doubt.. reminds me of Bhop sometimes but not as dirty even though a little bit dirty at times..

    I wouldn't say either of you gave an accurate description of Ward's style. Where did you get the idea he is a puncher?

    I would go with boxer/spoiler being the closest pigeon hole for his talents.
