I take a mixture of Glucosamine and Chrondoittrin which is very good stuff as well as Cod liver oil capsules.

I also take Creatine Monhydrate for energy and help burn weight.

To supplement my vitamin intake I take Vitamin's A, D, E, C, B1 (Thiamin), B2 (Riboflavin), Niacin, B6, K, B12, Folic acid, Boitin, Panothentic acid and also mineral supplements such as Calcium, Phospherous, Iron, Magnesium, Zinc, Iodine, Copper, Manganese, Potassium, Chloride, Chromium, Molybdenum, Selenium and Lutein for eyesight plus Omega 3 and 6.

    I also use Whey protein for muscle development and an Amino acid profile of L-Alanine, K-Arginine, L-Aspartic Acid, L-Cysteine, L-Glutamic acid, L-Glutamine, L-Glycine, L-Histidine, L-Isoleucine, L-Leucine, L-Lysine, L- Methionine, L-Pheneylalanine, L-Proline, L-Serine, L-Threonine, L-Tryptophan L-Tyrosine and L-Valine.

I use a good a few good weight managment products that include Guarana, Bee Pollon, Korean Ginseng, Ginger, Lecithin, Sarsparilla, Golden Seal, Nettle, Gota Kola, Gymnema Sylvestris, Choline Bitartate, Inosistle, Betaine, Methionine, L-Carnitune and Chromium Picolinate.

They're great, but I already told you that a few times ;)

My knees are ****, but if I take glucosamine/chondoitrine they don't bother me. Buy them and see for yourself.

An art that requires a top fit body. Supplements can help to achieve that goal.

and i think marciano would get hammered by most modern heavyweights because of the physical aspect of it.

would you wise up and stop trying to be controversial.
