Nobody said a supplement will make you a more skilled boxer. Supplements can help build muslce, burn fat, improve anaerobic capacity, recovery, joint pain, the list goes on. Maybe when you educate yourself in what you're trying to argue you can come up with a good argument.
Endurance - creatine, strength - creatine, flexibility - cod liver oil. Having better endurance, strength and flexibility (maybe not so much flexibility) will help you to become a better boxer. If you don't see that you're an idiot.
I have been following Mackie Shilstone's program last summer. Had to slack off because of school but will get "in training camp" in 2 weeks for a duration of 6 weeks. Supplements Mackie recommends are: 1- Maltodextrin: prevents your body from using proteins as a source of energy (proteins are spared and can be saved for muscle growth and repair) 2- Whey protein: minimize muscle breakdown during training and quick recovery. 3- Creatine monohydrate: energy and muscle repair. 4- L-glutamine: helps you maintain a good immune system during high intensity training camps (training breaks down muscle, releases glutamine.. so you need to replenish yourself in order to maintain a good immune sys.)
