What the general public think of mundine

These are some responses from the general public to the story in the daily telegraph titled ANTHONY MUNDINE A 'DOG' FOR PULLING OUT OF ROB MEDLEY FIGHT...
As you can see not all agree with LUDS and his posse of mundine lovers and i think its good to see a bit of balance on the subject as all we get on here lately is crap about how good mundine is.....
The falliga victory hasnt changed mundine's intention to fight the best and most people know it.

it's now obvious the Man dropped down to Junior Middleweight to avoid a rematch with Geale, i think Main Event should ban Mundine from pay for view broad-castes as he is treating the boxing public as fools (isn't this false advertising?) and what happens to the people who have already bought tickets expecting a WORLD TITLE FIGHT can they now get a refund? I'm just waiting to see what tricks Mundine pulls before he fights the winner of the Contender series which is suppose to be at Super Middleweight.

Oh Man, He dogged Geale to fight Medley at a lower weight, & now he has dogged Medley. A re-match with lester Ellis may be on the cards. Now all you Supporters from the Mundine camp will now realise why Danny Green struggled in his fight with Mundine. It is energy sapping to lose that much weight & perform at you best.Mundine now realises it. Oh well he can always put weight on & take green on at light heavy.Or maybe Geale or Bika. Some how I just don't think he will. I doubt anyone will watch the Mundine - Medley fight now.

Mouth Mundine will never fight in an arena where he might lose. In most sporting matches you have neutral referees/umpires/judges and obviously the mouth knows he can't win if he can't have his "OWN" panel of judges. He is gutless, dropping to a lower weight division to avoid a rematch with Danny Green because he knows he would have decked him in the first round.

I loathe, loathe, loathe Mundine and everything he stands for, however, to continue fighting at such low unnatural weight for him, particularly as he gets older is ludicrous. He should've 'manned' up long ago, and declared he wasn't doing it, instead of waiting like he has. He had no intention of fighting back at that weight.

Why doesn't he fight in the 86kg group. Ohhh that's right a truly great boxer puts on weight and moves up categories while pretenders keep dropping divisions. Does anyone else think an all NSW panel and referee is a bit weird for a WORLD title fight? I mean every other sport they have independent judges from non associated countries but Mundine seems to NEED NSW judges to win. What a twat! Greatest ever RL player never to have started in a SOO and to lose a GF single handedly!!

Wow…what a surprise. NOT! Did anyone seriously not see this coming? When was the last time the Myth had a fight on and he hadn’t had his head in the news the weeks before for whatever reason just to generate publicity. Here is a guy who has never had to diet for a fight and was over the weight at his last fight. He was never gonna be able to drop 5kg off his lean body and still have the same speed and power. So what does he do, he runs. Just like he does when he fights anyone decent. Let’s hear your excuses now Mundane fans! Bag Danny Green all you want, but at least he gets in the ring and doesn’t give up belts just to avoid a re-match of a fight he knows he lost. No wonder he wants his own judges ringside. A myth and scared little mouse!

hey he is not only a dog, he is a dodger he and his father plus his managerment have been playing this game for years , my advice to any boxer is not even to want to fight this would be if he could be but he can't be , just let him shaddow box himself for a fight with knowone, that means he will not make any bludge money fighting over the hill and young untallented boxers, i am older and have seen the best in this country but i would put mundine as australia's shame in boxing, boxing is a mans game ... he is no man .

Mundine has always been a mouth and always will be. My old mum used to say, "Self praise is no recomendation" and he keeps telling everyone how good he is, yet he keeps dogging fights. If you're as good as you think Mundine, fight these guys and show us. The best thing you could do though is keep your big mouth shut, and let your boxing do the talking. Maybe thats the problem, there's nothing to say.
