just seen that it said he won a split decision over a guy with 9 WINS and 9 LOSSES! how did he look? im going to watch it when its on youtube later
About a year ago lotta people on here esp the puerto ricans were calling him 1 of the besttttt ever! seen 1 fight of his u seen'em all. he was winning on points against guys with losing records & very boring.
He had been slipping for a while, an now he's just not the same. It's very difficult to fight the way he used to (and not have the power to earn the opponents respect) when you're 36 and in the lightests weight divisions of boxing.
He's old and coming off two beatings against a much bigger fighter. It's only natural that, at 36, his speed is slipping and he's becoming less effective. He'll get another fight against a good opponent at 105, then we'll see if he reallyis finished. Excellent fighter in his prime.
LMAO @ the excuses flooding in from the Rican nut huggers. Oh he's old, he's 36, he took a beating.....blah blah blah. The truth is I-RAN CaldeRUN is nothing more than a glorified sparring partner who was fortunate enough to be in a division where there weren't any real marquee names. His legion of followers in that brainwashed island has led to his so called "success" and "paydays" in this sport. He's a disgrace who when faced with adversity (similiar to KNEEguel Quitto), found a soft spot on the canvas to get on his knees in front of his Mexican Papi.
