You don't seem to recognize a pattern with Arum. Guys who refuse to take the chump change, and ask for a fair purse, get shelved. Walters was right to ask for more than the 300K he was offered for Lomachenko. When he refused it, Loma was matched with someone else, while Walters was put on the shelf on purpose. Walters didn't have the testicular fortitude of Mikey Garcia, and went crawling back to Arum for about the same purse amount he was initially offered to fight Lomachenko. Only this time, he was on the shelf for almost a year, and his mind state was ****ed up by the whole ordeal. Clown didn't even try, then quits. I could tell Walters had a bit of a fragile mind state when he purposefully missed weight against Marriaga though.

At this point he shot himself in the foot, by half arsing it against Loma. Who was going to pay him after that ****?

Arum had already put him on ice for refusing to accept the lowball offer to fight Loma initially. Loma was found a new opponent, and Walters was sat on the shelf.

Loma's wins against Rigo, Walters, and Marraiga were no where near physically devastating for the losers. Walters probably got hit by the most power shots out of the three, and he walked through every single one, not even blinking. Even little Rigo, took the power he got hit with really well.

Walters didn't look all that at 130 in the first place, so if he never came back, or comes back and doesn't do well, it wouldn't surprise me. He drew with Sosa, and outside of hurting Sosa once, the fight was fairly even in my opinion. The draw was just.
