what the hell is going on? why no news of floyd vs mosley

floyd is thinking of a reason to get mosley to pull out by putting a demand he knows mosley wont take

by the end of next week he would have ducked mosley for the third time to add to the list of

tszaiu, pacman, mosley, mosley, williams, cotto, marg and lastly mosley again!

(pretty sure i am missing some as well)

 

Floyd needs to fight him, there is no excuse.
I expect the deal to be signed within this week.
Although it is weird we dont hear anything from either fighter about this bout.

 

there is no other fight to happen except mayweather mosley, two fearless warriors, cant wait.

 

Everyone involved is trying to get Mayweather to come out from hiding under his bed to sign.


What do you guys think is a fair purse split for this fight?

 

He has to sign to fight Mosley, everyone else is pretty much booked. If he stays inactive or fights a no-risk fight, team Pacquiao will have a stranglehold over Team Mayweather during negotiations next time around.

 

Considering both sides have said negotiations are going well and UFC 113 has already made the moves to not compete with the expected fight date, I am going to assume this fight is pretty much in the bag, the argument might be coming down to who gets what in overall PPV revenue.

 

Somebody posted that they were trying not to disrespect Berto ,by hyping up this fight too soon.

You tend not to hear much when contract talks are actually going well especially when they are at an advanced stage because people keep things behind closed doors so as not mess up whats been agreed upon. Also contracts have to be drafted and approved by all sides.

Lets be honest the Pac-Mayweather negotiations were a shambles from start to finish. Every couple of days someone was leaking details particularly from Pac's camp. We saw how that eventually turned out.

If nothing was announced in the next two weeks I'd be surprised.

 

Thanks for starting the thread, because I've been wondering the same exact thing. I thought it was just me. I can't find a damn thing confirming this fight. Somehow I know (or pretend to) that they are fighting and it's on May 1st, but I only "know" that from I've heard from posters on ESB, so I guess I don't know anything at all about it.
