:huh He says there is no big fights at 154 for him so might be going back to 160, Huh? Look at his top contenders

    1. Oscar de la Hoya (BIG BIG MONEY FIGHT!!!!!)
    2. Sergio Martinez
    3. Ricardo Mayorga (Very good money fight)
    4. Joel Julio (Good money fight)
    5. Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. (Big Money fight)
    6. Alex Bunema
    7. Yuri Foreman (Would do well in New York)
    8. Zaur Baysangurov
    9. Andrey Tsurkan
    10. James Kirkland ( Good Money fight):deal

And were not even talking about the Suger Shane Mosley or the other champs yet:-( also big fights for Mora:yep

:nono The only big fights for Mora at 160 are Duddy and The Ghost:yikes Duddy Mora is a 50%50 fight while Pavlik will track him down end crush him:!: Seems to me Mora can become a superstar at 154 but would only be a foot note on Pavlik KO record at 160:think

Mora can't become a superstar at 154. One win over unfocused (possibly shot) Forrest and people seem to think suddenly he's the man at 154. I would pick 6 of those names on that list to KO him senseless.

The only two worth mentioning compared to the ones I'll mention at Middleweight are Mayorga and DLH. The DLH fight WON'T happen since DLH made it clear he wants 1 more fight and has his eyes on big names and Mora isn't on the list. A fight with Mayorga would be a big money fight but worthless at the same time. At middleweight he has Sturm, Abraham, Miranda, Taylor, Pavlik, Wright, Spinks, Karmazin(if he plans to go up there again) and many more.

Mora is gonna look to maximize his revenue while he's on top - which won't be long. If I were his management, I'd look for the safest big money opponents possible.

I'd chase after Verno first before moving back up if I were Sergio, which would be the easiest pickings and would net him his 2nd belt there in the process.

Wow I just realized thsi is a great opportunity for Chavez Jr to pick up a belt. :D:D:D

Sergio is no master boxer and can't hit for ****. TKO for Chavez. Some of you might laugh at this but don't forget that Sergio was nobody before he beat an old, undertrained and semi shot Vernon. To me he is still nothing. Not to disrespect I think he has good dedication and average skills and you have to hand it to him but he is not a top boxer. Chavez Jr might not be yet but he hits hard enough for Sergio to back down.

Most of those guys at junior middle will whoop his ass, so I'm not suprised he wants that payday against Pavlik. Trying to cash in while he can...

There are a LOT of names who will see Mora as a quick ride to a belt, both old hands and mid-range fighters. Sergio will see moving up as a chance to hide out from the big challengers and is probably banking on Pavlik moving up to SM as there's no-one worth fighting at his current weight. I can't imagine he'd fancy a shot at KP for all the tea in China, it'd be the end of his career

Unless Forrest is shot, I would fancy Mora to lose this rematch.

On this subject, do you feel it is fair to be able to have immediate rematch clauses??

I would imagine Carlos Quintana feels pretty sick now for granting a rematch when there wasn't even a clause!

He can only make money against Oscar De La Hoya ... besides him ... there's really no big "money" names in jr. middleweight -

He can fight against Pavlik and use his titlist status as leverage in negotiations --

I heard that GYM, who promotes Alcine, talked with the Forrest camp (before the Mora fight) about a possible unification... If Alcine beats Santos on July 11th and Mora is able to beat Forrest and Martinez (which I doubt...), I think there's some big fights in the JM division... but that's just my opinion.
