"FLOYD WAS PUT ON ***** STREET IN THE 2ND ROUND"

Is this a british or european thing? it sounds ******ed. so a boxer takes a couple of shots in a fight. and your point is... just sounds stupid if u ask me. just shows how many people in here probably never stepped in a ring a day in their lives.

It's an old-time boxing expression that has become a rarity.

"**** it, it's only a bit of harmless fun. Slap me down for Mosley".

...Big mistake but at least I didn't get destroyed like some of the fella's on ESB. Rudyard showed pity.

Marquess of Queensbury were the basis for the standardized rules of modern boxing as we know it.you know.the kind with rounds and time limits and knockdowns.all that **** that keeps fighters from dying more often than in greece when they simply wrapped their hands in leather straps and fought naked.unless you want to go back to that, the resident ESB brits have a valid claim.

Given that you are trying to discribe something as "cupcakey" I'm not shocked you're on a different wave length on this one.

P.s. I'm not going to bother looking it up but to my knowledge ***** means off, wossy, sickly and not feeling very well. Hence, I'f you read older, turn of the century novels you'll see expressions like "I'm feeling a little ***** today".
