What The Hell is Wrong with Clottey?

Can froch and kessler make 147? No of course they cant. Clottey only weighed 170 in the corrales fight which was at 149 and as he stated he had all his clothes on when he weighed 170 on the HBO scales. I forget what it was but I believe him and Cotto weighed the same on fight night. They were around 160.

 

Why does it matter how he looks?

Clottey isn't all that tall, but his constitution is such that his natural weight is higher than what you'd expect. Still, given that he doesn't really pack the punch at WW, moving to LMW or to MW would be detrimental. Heck, I'd say it would be career suicide, considering the risk of being outranged by taller fighters, to which he'd have problems with his style.

 

This guy doesn't even know that the Corrales fight was at a catchweight of 149.

So ****ing what? He makes the weight and doesn't come into the fight healthy. He's a ****ing welterweight and thats that. wtf is wrong with you?.

 

He's probably taking away his advantages more than he's helping them.... He is a very muscular welter, dehydrating those muscles are why he's not coming on strong late when he shoulda have been controlling fights.. For his sake and career it's probably time to jump weight...
