like i said before, pacquiao is a great fighter, i'm not denying that as the guy is brilliant, but certain things he does will be taken advantage of by a counter puncher. pacquiao has looked great in his last few fights, but none of them were against counter punchers. the last counter puncher was marquez, and pacquiao has always had difficulty with him. styles makes fights, and i think pacquiao has trouble with counter punching styles, and floyd is the best counter puncher right now in the boxing.

 

I get what you're saying that this sort of stunt can't be done against Floyd and I would agree, but I don't really think anyone should take that double punch seriously.

I'm pretty sure Pac did that more to taunt Clottey because he was frustrated at Clottey's unwillingness to fight and didn't really mean that as any sort of scoring punch. Pac wouldn't have pulled that stunt off if he knew there was any danger of getting a punch back in return. Again, I get what you're saying that Pac has flaws defensively that Floyd can and will exploit but so far the pictures in this thread are not the sort of punches he would even try to throw against Floyd, you're seriously underestimating Pac if you think he would...

Pac won't throw **** like that against Floyd. Pac ain't the smartest fighter, but he damn well isn't the dumbest. He clapped Clotteys head outta fustration, trying to get clottey to open up and engage him.
Floyd won't be shelled up like that, he'll keep his left high, pumping his right like a jab timing pacs assults.

 

I see your point, but it's easier said than done. I'm sure Freddie will have a different game plan for Floyd and Pac will follow it to a tee. All the guys that gave Floyd some problems are all southpaws, and the only guy that beat him in the amateurs was a southpaw, lol. I'm sure Floyd will give Pac hell as well, but my money will still be on Pac. I only lost once, so I'm not going to change my bet now if the fight with Floyd happens.

Not only that he is fast he is also so unconventional with a fantastic stamina, and he has a huge heart that's why he destroys guys like Clottey, Hatton, DLH, Cotto, Morales, Barerra ( who outboxed Hamed beautifully, but couldn't do the same with Pac), and even Marquez (which were close fights BTW). We'll see what happens. If Floyd can find his balls somewhere maybe will find out who is the better fighter. Pray that SSM will not knock him out, .
