Wtf? Angulo is about the same weight as Canelo..so Canelo didnt want to give Angulo a weight advantage because somehow showing up at 154 (which Angulo would have) would have been a disadvantage to Canelo?

I already explained it dont matter what happened in your last fight, unless you can explain to me scientifically why it would have an impact.

I explained why ODLH looked good against a guy like Mayorga, because he plods and needs to set his feet, a target liek Mayorga is tailor made. Forbes on the other hand was a slick guy designed to emulate Floyd, thats why ODLH didnt look so great against him. All that stuff about previous fight is arbitrary.

It's like if Pac fought Matthew Hatton next and dominates him, then fights Canelo next, are we to say that Pac is going in there at 100% cos he got a win on his last fight?

What if Pac fought PBF first and lost, then fights Canelo next, are we to say Pac is now 50% of what he was because he lost?

Pac doesn't become a lesser or a better fighter in either scenario, the truth is he just came up against 2 different opponents and got 2 different results. Like I said, I have never felt like I was a worse boxer or a better boxer after a win or a loss in a fight. Its a sport, you win some you lose some, simple as.

The fights that takes something out of you are the damaging fights, and that can come whether you win or lose in a fight, take Castillo-Corrales, whoever wins or lose that fight, both are damaged.

So are you saying that Alvarez is that much better a counterpuncher than Cotto or Clottey? lol. Alvarez is a boxer puncher, he plods to unleash his combos, if he can't get set, he's lost. He's nothing like JMM.

Outside of JMM, Pac has dominated every single opponent since his BW days, Canelo wouldn't be any different.

Depends on how drained Canelo is
He can't even make 154, but if he drains himself like he did with Floyd, then Pac has a good chance as Canelo would lose some of his advantages.

Yes idiot I have boxed before and yes losing does effect you, mentally ..

Especially in the case of Cotto who took a real beating in his fight with Margarito.

Hatton was beaten and Humiliated by Floyd ... HUMILIATED ..

Oscare had not fought at 147 in 10 year and to make matters worse, he used a strange diet of some sort of deer or kangaroo meat to make weight.

Now to put your so call theory in different light

Clotty's POINT loss to Pac was 4 year ago and even then he fought two bum to build his confidence when he fought a Bum in Mundaine . Not a whole lot mental required there.

Provodnikov was in a war with Bradly which many thought he won .. Hardly a beating or loss ..

Lewis was just over confident when he was KOed Rahman. Lewis was more embarrassed by the loss then anything.

Angulo was coming off a loss and he has not been the same fighter after taking a beating at the hands Mandingo, he seems more punch drunk and slow to get off the trigger.

Also look at Pac his KO to marquez has made him change his style .. He is afraid of Getting KOed like that again.

I don't think losses on just face value should effect how your viewed there are a lot of factors I look at like how you respond to said loss physically and mentally.
Provodnikov beat the hell out of Bradley in there fight and Alvarado is a bum
Alvarez lost to the best fighter and Angulo is a bum
That's not the same as Cotto getting beaten up by Margarito then looking bad vs Jennings then arguably losing vs Clottey you can tell clearly Alvarez wasn't effected to much and Cotto at the same time wasn't the same fighters have ups and downs throughout there careers just because you lose or even lose badly doesn't mean you can't bounce back but Pac got KO and took a year off for a reason if you can understand that

I think Alvarez being drained in that fight is overblown I just got finished watching that fight to kill sometime before the first nba game today and Alvarez looked pretty good to me his body work and activity goes unmentioned in a lot of rounds he has an argument to winning 4/5 rounds I don't know how he'd do moving down given his last fight but if the Alvarez from Sept shows up he wins, if he has to come in at 150 and lower I'd start to make the case for draining

what are you talking about ? canelo could have easily made 154, it was a non title fight and with the money he makes it didn't matter.

and yes angulo enters the ring heavier than canelo has ever been. if you don't understand follow a slower less intelligent sport

people think that Canelo is a little overrated in his foot speed and that an elite puncher who can move can outbox him.

pedjr went life and death against bums and washed ups.

*****s are making it up like those were atg performances.

when pedjrs best win was against trex carralez, *****s have no choice but to prop up his crappy wins against bums and washedup: bloated, drained or outright cheated.

pedjr is a bum who splurged on peds so he can run for 12 rounds.:deal
