And how succesful were you doing it?

Tried fighting like RJJR once (I bet most people have tried this) but since I dont have his reflexes I got my ass beat

Tried simulating Tysons head movement and to my surprise I actually managed to get inside my opponent

Floyd Mayweathers check hook, didnt work too well

Never quite understood how it works against opponents taller than you

Do you have naturally great reflexes?

The Mayweather lead right and roll under. It's worked well for me though

    Bernard does it often also

A thing that seems to work for me is when I'm sparring with guys that use a lot of head movement to get inside and make it hard for me to get my jab landing, I mix it up and throw a little left uppercut while staying tall, similar to Vitali.

I meant a defensive shell, not the philly-shell.

No, but I'm talking about a shell not a philly-shell. I mean just keeping a tight guard.

the aaron pryor attack. leaving your chin completely exposed but throwing non stop punches until your opponent cant take it anymore.

    Pretty much literally everything

    Shoulder roll

    Wlads extended arms while jabbing

    Mayweathers forearm-off

    Ali holding behind the head

Basically everything I do I have studied from the greats and tried to apply myself

I have tried my James Toney moves in ropes many times and usually I got hit in the head for the effort.

There is nothing wrong with trying to apply what you see boxers do, but what frustrates me is when I see people trying to do it, without actually understanding why. That is the most important part IMO.

I like to copy Marquez and James Toney, hahaha. Strange, but yeah. I am known to fight well on the ropes. I also, would like to think I threw a wide variety of punches.
