    In the U.K. obviously?
Is it gonna be another ****in' 5am job or are they giving us a chance to stay sober enough to remember the epoch moment in the history of **** drinking?

    Cheers.

There's a couple of cracking fights on the undercard.

Sky show starts at 2am so you are probably looking at a starting time of 4am onward for JMM vs PBF.

It will be early yes- it's a Vegas fight so the headliners usually come on around 5ish. The undercard is amazing, though, so I will happily enjoy watching it from 2:happy.

    This is an exceptable time.

To everyone who mentioned the undercard I'll definitely be tuning in for at least the John and Katsidis fights. Anyone know which fight will be the first televised?

Don't know what yall think, but I'm not excited as I thought I would be. I'm happy Floyd is back where he belongs ( inside of a ring) but this is such a lop sided on paper match, I guess that's why I'm not thrilled? I even moved away from my ritual and will join some casuals to watch the fight. Its kind of weird (bitter/sweet) its like let's get this over with so he can fight Pacq/Cotto.

JMM is playing with the houses money (literally) he losses and still has a 1000 fights he can make. Floyd loses (oh boy) where do we begin? Floyd knows he needs a KO especially if he doesn't and Manny does. How crazy would it be if Cotto and JMM both win? HBO would sh*t themselves.

possibily, i've got this theory about a post defeat Floyd though, but thats a different topic.

so, how do you see this going Sir Jon of Oli?

I've got Floyd in a rout! Marquez got two major problems.

    1. Marquez is up against a guy who nullifies his best asset and thats countering, JMM relies on aggressive fighters who do his work for him so he can adjust to their pace coming in and counter, he'll be forced to fight different and be the aggressor and lead which is outta his comfort zone and he won't be as effective.

    2. For a very good technicain he get's hit an awful lot he doesn't mind taking shots to set up a counter and thats bad news because even pillowfisted diaz had him buzzed. marquez struggles with guys who can go backwards effectively and can counter just as well, he'll eat a lot of shots and look pedestrial, Floyd just has to many advantages, too fast, to strong, to big and does everything Marquez does and 10x better. I wouldn't even take Floyd stopping him inside the first half out of the equation although unlikely.

I can't see Mayweather sitting down and digging down long enough to possibly get caught with a game changer counter or uppercut. The only way you see Little Floyd press forward and lengthen his power shots is if JMM gets cut and that gash stays flowing into the 9th etc. Actually I take that back, not if but "when" JMM gets cut and if it opens above the eye, then Floyd upshifts to 5th gear and starts the walk/stalk down. But on the surface though, I see Floyd bagging points and milking the last 6 mins.

I agree with most of what you say there, slip&counter.

Floyd is bigger, he's stronger, he's quicker, smarter and younger even. JMM likes to be the counter puncher and Floyd can back peddle and counter himself (Marquez is not going to be that comfortable with that). Speaking of the Diaz fight I was watching the early rounds of that again the other night. Diaz is clearly a much different fighter from Floyd (goes without saying), but I remember seeing a few little things in that fight and thinking Floyd is going to love this.

Still, I hope it is a good close fight. There is always the exceedingly distant chance that Floyd is on the decline and/or rusty after the long lay off.

The bookies have Floyd walking it.

Still, Marquez has always got his power drink::D
