What to do for sore legs?

    Just wondering if theres any1 else here who use to or still gets sore quad muscles and sore hamstring muscle the day after doing a run or sprints etc. If so is there anything you can recommend to help them recover faster?

    Get in a Hot Bath, with Epsom Salts. Try two Packets of the stuff

    Next time have a ice bath, or atleast a cold bath/shower right after. Sucks, but it really helps.

    Now go for a walk and gently stretch them out.
