What should I eat after my weigh in? I get weighed in at 7am and my fight is at 9pm the same day. Weight is not an issue and im not concerned with getting in the ring heavy. All I want to know is what foods will give my body the best chance of performing in the ring?
My fight is only 3 2min rounds. Also if anyone could me advice about how long before the fight i should eat certain foods it would be helpful thanks.
