What to eat after weigh in?

    What should I eat after my weigh in? I get weighed in at 7am and my fight is at 9pm the same day.

    Weight is not an issue and im not concerned with getting in the ring heavy.

    All I want to know is what foods will give my body the best chance of performing in the ring?

    Any slow releasing carbs, preferbly things with fibre... Cant go wrong with oats IMO

    My fight is only 3 2min rounds.

    Also if anyone could me advice about how long before the fight i should eat certain foods it would be helpful thanks.

    Mid Gi foods, bananas, pasta, nothing too heavy

    A big meal up to 1 1/2 - 2 hours before Then a snack maybe 20 minutes before small banana or sumat...
