I prefer some oatmeal and a banana. Don´t forget to trink enough before running ... (water without gas) AND to have a timegap between eating and running. It will mess up your performance if you don´t, so try to get up a bit earlier than you usually do.

    Cheers

Banana's are good. I personally can't stand the taste of oatmeal so I opt for cereal about an hour and half before a run. Any sooner then that and I start feeling sick.

Depends how long you have before the run. If you don't leave long enough, then the food is just going to be in the gut so when you exercise and the blood is drawn away from the digestion process, you're just going to have a load of food in your stomach causing you some discomfort.

How much do they cost? I'd imagine the MP logo will add a huge chunk and can get better value for money.

yes they are but the design of the boot is signifcantly nicer (in my opinion) to the nike machomai, but for now i'm going to stick to my trainers and wait for christmas to come around maybe!
