I used to be 15 stone of lard and most people said i would die of heart attack or heart disease i hated excercise then 3 years ago i started boxing it was watching Nigel Benn-Michael Watson were i said i wanted to do something like that the weight came of and the rest is history point is what makes u train? I love it when the sweat is soaking my body and the endorphines are racing and the feeling of being able to breath good and not be gassed just by running up the stairs.
Training hard is what gives me confidence going in to a fight. I know that I've busted my ass and that there's no way that my opponent has been working as hard as me.
i feel the same even though you oppenent is training the work you put in the gym if its hard work should pay off
