What type of punch would you rather have?

    The fast, one punch KO power of a Tyson/Wlad/Haye. The sort you don't see coming and is like an electric shock, the force of which blinds you and sends you to the ground.

    Or Vitali's clubbing blows? They are sickly and just plain hurt but don't really send you to the ground as quickly. Like getting hit with a blunt brick, the pain spreads around the body and saps your energy, piece by piece.

    Vitali really should step into his punches more often. Despite being labelled as "slow" these days, he does show good speed and steps into the punch here at 5:32.

    If that round had 30 more seconds, Briggs probably would have been out of there.
