I only use one capsul of fish body oil. That is all i use. I ususally get it GNC, however i think i will upgrade to the triple strength version. What is your Daily regimen?
I really only take two things, but I take them once every day, other wise I really leave it up to fruit, peanut butter, and chicken... one GNC Sport for men multi-vitamin one Perfect Isopure protein shake (normally right before or after morning run or workout)
This was something I always wondered. I know I sound crazy, but I can't take much of anything...Meaning I can't tolerate much of anything (pain pills, sinus pills, meds, supplements, vitamins, etc). I don't know if i'm in such tune with my body, but I take something, and within no time I can tell what it does to me mentally, or my body simply SHITS it out (within an hour) to get rid of it. SO, I realy take nothing besides protein, and prilosec (for acid reflux). Are vitamins seriously that important to anybody here? I've heard from people that I don't need them since I'm 23, my body should produce most of what I need, and just like the you say I should get it from my food.
i dont even take medicine if im ill i believe my body is strong enough to fight it off with out chemicals actualy i do take supplemets i take baking soda to get rid of lactic acid
I always have a multi-vitamin at hand in case I have a crazy day and don't get the chance to eat properly, other wise I just eat normal fruit and veg. I do supplement with whey protein and glucosamine chondroitin though.
I do New Chapter multivitamins and if we're also talking supplements, krill oil as well. If I feel overly sore, I take a supplement that is basically turmeric and other Indian spices. The rest I try to get from food.
