I usuallyy take Multi vitmain and meneral tab vitamin C (ester C) Q10 Garlic and Cayenne combo extract DHEA Glocusamin / Choondroittin then I also do a protein mix before work outs.
Vitamin wise I take a supplement of them all. One of those all in 1 versions they sell. I leave the rest to Jesus.
