Because Tyson's word should be taken as gospel. Just like he didnt **** anybody. You nuthuggers are awesome.
I didn't say he never took steroids, I never said he did. I never said he didn't **** anyone, I never said he did. I merely pointed out the facts according to Tyson on why he used someone else's urine for a test.
Which are the facts...according to Tyson...as to why he used someone else's urine??? Not sure what you're having difficulty with??
Just like Roy Jones was taking "Ripped Fuel", Lamont PEDerson has low testosterone You don't know what he was taking, what you do know is he cheated drug tests on at least one occasion. Cheating a drug test is as bad as failing one. Imagine a sprinter or an athlete in any other sport doing that. Are we to believe a man willing to cheat a test isn't willing take peds? the same man being a criminal capable of all sorts. Naive at best. But Tyson gets a pass because some children never grew up and are stuck on hype they were sold from the 90s. A cheat is a cheat and that's before you consider in-ring antics such as ear-biting etc. People make all sort of excuses for Tyson, just as he does for himself, always playing the victim. It doesn't matter what he did or who he lost to, they'll go on about is coach dying, him not being in his prime etc when the reality is he just didn't come as sold and people don't want to accept they were brainwashed by hype.
I'm old enough to remember what it was like back when Tyson became the youngest ever champ at heavyweight. To be honest I wasn't a fan of his. When a sportsman is so much better than the next best guy it takes out the competitiveness. Tyson was so popular, I think because when you were watching his fights you never really knew what was gonna happen. I genuinely feared more for his opponents than I ever have for any other fighter. Most of his opponents were beaten before they stepped into the ring against him, such was his 'aura'. When he started facing better fighters he struggled more. I think he is overrated historically but I don't recall a fighter ever as dangerous as him in the early rounds. It was a case of hold on for dear life until at least round 5. If you got past the first 5, you had gotten through the worst of it and if you were quality your chances of winning were so much greater. My heart beated faster in the early seconds of a Tyson fight than any other champion, thats for sure!
And what has any of this got to do with the topic of how good Tyson was or what all the fuss was about?
And there is a reason for this. Most professional fighters are brave and know a good fighter when they see one. If they feared Tyson or respected his ability in the ring, that tells you something.
He didn't say anyone beat him after taking a beating for the first five rounds, he was saying you were more likely to get K.O'd in the first five rounds than in the last seven, which is true.
