    No way!

I predicted a Calzaghe stoppage in the 11th...and sticking with that! Where did you hear that? I rank Calzaghe as the 3rd/4th best fighter in the world and Hopkins as the 24th/25th best fighter in the world...they would both be fighting at their ideal weight...there can only beone outcome in my view...

Since Choc has started in every single fight he has had u could see he had improved from his last fight . Taking into account his last two fights against Nievas & Clavero and last nights fight against Hamdan I dont think he improved at all .

His evasive skills dont look anywhere near as good and last night he looked a little timid at times when hamdan went to the body .

This is obviously due to the eye ( contradicting stories as to how bad it was )

Mundine is very hard to beat when he is on the run . It may not look good but it is effective . When he jabs , comes forward lands a right hand and gets out ,

Last night he was very hittable at times but in saying that hamdan is a big step up from nievas and clavero . Against the likes of the much improved light heavy Danny Green , Kessler or Calzaghe ...it could prove his undoing .

For mine next fight has to be a big name . Choc will need to look to US and not cheap pay days in Oz .

Id be looking at a bigname such as Kessler or Lacy ilk .

Green aint interested as he has bigger fish to fry now .

If anything Mundine could look at building some respect in the states by taking on maybe Bika , Manfredo , Lacy

He wont get Calzaghe or Jermaine Taylor as he hopes .

    Overall i would give Choc a 6/10

Mundine wont enter International boxing at his leisure, It most likely be that 160-168 fighters will hunt him down and draw him there, as he is a paper Tiger and paper Champion. Who is the No.1 contender for the title should he keep it if Calzaghe stays at 175?

Ok, Finally I've seen this fight. Was suprisingly entertaining and competitive, despite the wide scorecards.

Mundine did what he had to do and edged out just about every round. What I didn't like was that he was loading up way too much on his punches, but I take into account that he was fighting accordingly to the opposition put in front of him. And Hamdan is not a big puncher, so he was agressive and threw a lot of power punches. I think if he just used his speed and timing, he would have been much more effective. He's definitely gone backwards in his last couple of fights though, which is probably a 1st in his career. A worrying sign I suppose as he's no spring chicken anymore.

Only needs to shed 7kgs muscle from a body that probably doesnt have anymore then 10%bodyfat max......That aint as easy.

Mundine will not fight at middleweight. All the bigtime middles(hopkins, winky and now pavlik)are either gone up a division or 2 or are thinking about it.

The cash is at suppermiddle/lightheavy these days.Alot of quality fighters floating around those weight classes.

If Mundine were to follow your plan he would end up completely ****ing himself physically and mentally resulting in either severe injury or a bad perfomance in a big fight.

I just cant see him going from sm to LH then all the way down to middleweight.I know Mundine and his management aint the brightest sparks but i assure you they aint that dumb.

If i were Mundines Manager i would be seeking only two fighters.

Sakio Bika or Jeff Lacy.Which ever one is available for a bout in say 3mnths.

With the bout in America ofcourse. The risk/reward ratio would be great for mundine.Americans would assume Mundine as a underdog(true fightfans would know the truth) and once Mundine schooled either of these blokes to a wide ud decision he would of opened up more oppurtunities through this one bout then then all of his bouts of the past(except maybe kessler bout).

The U.S. would be his pork and he can choose howmuch he wants to eat.

He has to do it.Im making a call now.If mundine fights GREEN,SOLIMAN or another low tier fighter next im never making a comment about the bloke ever again. He will no longer exist to me.

THe thing is a fight with Green or Sam is unavoidable due to the rematch clauses. Only if Sam or Danny dont pursue it will it not happen. And since a fight with choc is a massive pay day, neither fighter will give up a chance for a rematch.

    Sad, but true....
