I admit, I was slightly worried

But I had faith that Joe would adjust eventually, he always finds a way

I thought Hop was going to counter punch him to submission, but Calzaghe regrouped and pulled out the W. Guess Hops lost to a white boy after all.

I was excited (since I was rooting for Hopkins) and knew it was going to be a good fight that Hopkins would have success in. Joe wasn't hurt so I knew he'd get up and make adjustments.

    I was shocked.

But I fancied Joe to re-adjust and win almost every round from then on - I'd say he won 9 from then on, so I wasn't far wrong.

I was impressed by Hopkins and surprised, but felt good because although i had made my pick clear about Joe, i was just saying the beauty of boxing is that anything can happen in the ring. But i have to admit that counter right made me weary everytime they went into a crazy exchange.

I thought the fight was fixed...Hopkins acted very counterintuitive..He knock Joe down and threw two more punches in the round:patsch .

I couldnt believe it.. Both truthfully is overrated

****ing well horrified. At the same time I was thinking that that was a damn good ****ing punch from Hopkins. Calzaghe (maybe he was messing) annoyed me at the end when he said it was a bit of a slip. He said the same with the Mitchell one. Just admit the man got you good. Calzaghe ****ed up by turning into the Mitchell punch. Salem caught him kind of off guard, but Hopkins just plain ****ing got him. Great punch.

1st round, 1st minute: sh**********t the old man is still the man! :D Unfortunately he did very little after that.

At the age of 43, that KD was pure beauty!

I started to think that maybe Calzaghe is a hype-job after all with nicely hand-picked opponents

I was more worried of Calzaghe losing his confidence rather than actually getting knocked out.

That thought also crossed my mind, especially since it took Joe a few rounds to start to look like his old self again

It was really shocked, REALLY. Especially when I remember comments from the Calzaghe fans claiming this supernatural superpowerful is going to thrash Hopkins and TKO him OR beat him in a brutal one-sided painful UD.
