Sibson. That was Hagler's best performance of the four, and Sibson had already proven vs Minter and others that he was a top class mw challenger.

    1) Alan Minter
    2) Mustafa Hamsho I
    3) John Mugabi
    4) Tony Sibson

Winning the title, has to be the most exciting thing for a fighter.

I don't think the question here is "what was the most exciting for Marvin Hagler" though.

I think the question is what do YOU think was the most impressive win, ie best performance achieved against the best fighter.

well I think Mugabi is the best fighter of those 4. He hit hard and gave awkaward angles that Hagler had to solve. he had to break down mugabi and wear him out for the KO.

Those other wins are great but the opponent isnt as good.

I don´t think the most impressive win is necessarily the best performance.

I don´t think Mugabi was the best fighter of those either.

The best performance against the best opponent is the best win. Both performance and standard of opponent are important. An amazing performance against a tomato can isn't as good a win as a very good performance against an elite opponent, etc.

I thought Sibson. Mugabi? Mugabi even one year before when Marvin was sharp and not rusty would have been a quicker fight. That fight was harder because of his rust and being a little out of shape.

The best performance would likely be either Hamsho 1, or Sibson.

The best win, taking quality of fighter and everything else into account might be Mugabi (Hagler turns back an undefeated Hard punching challenger and essentially ruins him in the process), or Minter (a solid champion who hadn't been dominated quite like that at any point in his career.)

Sibson for me, like somebody said earlier, he had proven against Minter and others that he was a MW not to be taken lightly.
