what was Oliver Mccall (Mike Tyson main sparring partner) Opinion of Mike?

He has said Tyson was a beast when in shape, and controllable in the ring when out of shape. He said Tyson is one of the harder hitting heavyweights he ever came across, and most definitely the fastest.

 

Don't know if he ever spoke on a prime match up between those two. He said Tyson and his team laughed and made fun of him when he lost to Buster Douglas and that he warned Tyson about Buster, telling Mike he was no joke.

He says the hardest hitting heavyweight he ever sparred with was Bert Cooper, who floored him heavy with an overhand right(the only guy to ever do so in thousand of rounds sparred against very good heavyweights). If I remember correct he was not all too impressed with Lennox Lewis, and basically says the rematch was his loss and not Lennox win. :think

I would love to hear more from McCall, perhaps they should get him on a radio show to speak about his sparring history, he's been the main chief sparring partner for many champions.
