Garcia and if he keeps winning it's not impossible he could get one of the remaining Mayweather fights. I know it's not something that people really want, but there are a limited number of opponents around.
Why? Garcia is far from unbeatable. Khan was boxing circles around him until his glass jaw cracked and Zab gave him a fight. Out of the two, I'd probably advise Garcia not to bother. To answer the thread question, he was probably talking about a Broner rematch (which he will get), without already filled out scorecards (which he won't get).
