A relentless slugger who got spoiled by a guy intent on spoiling? There's no difference in what Rios would do against other fighters, assuming they didn't hold (more importantly be allowed to hold), run, and spoil the fight...Rios will do just fine. The "exposed" stuff is funny...who felt he was anything more than that?

A ****ing mummy with a padded record who has to cheat on the scales and be given a clear gift to get a W over a guy who his delusional fans said he would would walk right through. Oh, and a classless piece of ****ing ****. He was exposed as all of those things last night.

Rios didn't cheat on the scales. Anyone who thinks that 2lbs helped him is having a laugh. A boxer cannot drain himself as much as physically possible and expect to be near his best.

How bout just exposed as a guy trying too hard to make 135?

People act like him completely killing himself his last two fights havent played a role in his last two performences.

Was he exposed? no one ever called Rios an excellent boxer/puncher.
he's a crude brawler, with good size/power and a good chin.

He weighed in at 137 and once again he left the stage supposedly to try to cut more and once again he came back two pounds heavier. He pulled the same **** before his last fight and tried to blame the calibration of the scale. This time he had no excuse. Twice in a row now he's agreed to a fight at 135 only to come in above the limit and not even try to cut more for subsequent weigh-in attempts.

Robert Garcia, as well as Brandon Rios is overrated. This is twice Garcia has let Rios come in over weight, knowing damn well he couldn't make it!

Rios has no respect for his opponents, otherwise he would come to the scales on weight. He cannot adapt and follow instructions, as he was told time and time again by garcia to use his jab, but yet went out there to do what he always does.

And people complaining about Abril grabbing! How was he grabbing? Every time rios came in with his head low, his arm would get caught underneath Abril's, and then he would be warned about grabbing. And all I saw, was Abril using the philly shell defence to stop Rios landing shots, which by my knowledge, is what a boxer should be doing.

Why should Abril get into a slugfest with Rios and risk getting K.Oed? It's a boxing match, not a street fight. Brawlers never last long in the sport, just ask Hatton, Katsidis, Mayorga, and Tyson that!
