It was a powerful asthma medication and I reckon it was mixed with caffeine too.

There was an extensive thread on this topic on this board years ago which was a great read and someone who said he was connected to Pryor claimed it was the strongest asthma medication known to man he even named the substance but I can’t remember the name

Again, any medications/ drugs that is taking orally and goes through the
digestive system needs at the least 30 minutes to have any effect on
the person taking it, ask any Doctor. What ever Lewis gave Pryor it was still at the
start of the 14thrd. with about 7 minutes left , It wouldn't have
had any effect on the results of the fight. Get over this myth please....
Pryor was simply a better Jr welter than Arguello, not a greater
fighter on the ATG list, but a better jr.welter.
So if it was cocaine mixed with ephedrine or whatever, he
was getting ready for the party in the locker room maybe.

There's truth and lies here. If he gave it in the 14th round he was giving it earlier. Also you take a drug in water and it doesn't take that long to work
