Low unemployment, more jobs, universal health care, end of Afganistan and Iraq wars, booming economy.

You on the other hand seem to prefer the "tea party" of boxing as represented by Bob Arum, Kathy Duva and Oscar de La Hoya.

You're entitled to your opinion. Some of us can appreciate more boxing on network TV. It's good promotion for the sport. I have Showtime and HBO. But, many people do not. This helps make the sport more accessible.

If it was really even Haymon holding them back, it's quite possible that Haymon, knowing his own future plans, may have simply been saving his stable for his own future plans. I don't have a problem with any of those matchups. Those are Damn good matchups for free TV.

Why don't you practice what you preach? And wait and see, before you go into hater mode. I'm certain it's more than just black people who are excited by this news.

Mods. Can we get a thread for these b!tches to whine about Al Haymon? Let's call it "The Whine about Al Haymon Soul Plane. Destination...the Bermuda Triangle."

Kovalev's only achievement is beating a 50 year old man and he needed 2 attempts to beat journeyman Darnell Boone a quote from you.

Now two problems with this that shows just how little you know about boxing you don't know hops age in that fight not 50 by the way if you are too thick to figure that out... :blood
as well as who won the boone kovalev fight it was a gift to Kovalev as you are claiming but since you cannot tell age and probably cannot tell two fighters apart in the ring as you have no knowledge of them or their accomplishments.
it is understandable that you don't know who won a fight.

Haymon's shenanigans in 2014 all makes sense now. I knew there was a motive and not just protecting his fighters. He, or someone in the camp, did say they had big plans for 2015.

Yep average - good fights im looking forward to them...

but they have all went way past the date they should of happened smart on Haymon to save them for his new gig....

Espinosa should be fired though at best he was clueless to the obvious at worst he was colluding with haymon & schaeffer to screw over his boss ala Schaeffer GBP. Showtime had a ****ty year all around with Espinosa at the helm I would not be surprised if the May Pac fight does not happen Espinosa is justifiably gone.

I would probably fire him anyway with the year he had.
