I was never a Diaz fan, but I have to admit that that was a great performance. If I remember correctly, Gomi was still considered the best lightweight in the world at the time. So, while Diaz had a considerable size advantage, it was still a notable accomplishment. Nick started applying the Gogoplata the second he got taken down, too. It was very quick and a perfect choice for the exhausted Gomi who was trying to rest.
