What was the first fight that you can vividly recall watching ?

Benn - Eubank II. This was 1993 and I would have been eleven. It was one of those superfights in the UK that the earth sems to stop turning for. My status as a boxingaholic wasn't confirmed until Feb 1995 and Benn-McClellen, followed by, the very next weekend, some arrogant kid with a style all of his own called Naseem Hamed dispatching some poor Argentine with extravagant ease. Those two things - the melodrama of Benn-McClellen closely followed by witnessing the epic raw talent of Hamed meant that was me completely hooked for three or four years until terrestrial TV stopped showing any boxing and big fights on the radio became few and far between. Nowadays, the bug is back with a vengeance!
