At his best, he most comparable in size to other SMW's. That's where I see him as the most difficult to beat, too.

Outside of heavyweight he fought in all his natural weight classes when he did.

160 & 168. He could have spent basically his entire career at 168 once he moved up, but he didn't care to train or cut weight like that anymore and was talented enough to get away with it.

Super middle, rather ironically, as he was only there for a cup of coffee and had pretty much all his fake split between his campaigns at the divisions flanking either side of it.

Natural and Roy Jones don’t belong in the same sentence.

By the standards of the day-before weigh in era, he was a Super-Middle. He had to squeeze himself down to 160, and was often giving away some size and weight come fight night at 175.

This definitely, he left so much on the table IMO using SMW as a temporary pit stop. I think he was perfect for that weight class. Then the fact that even as a LHW for a while him flirting that he would go back for the right fight.

Roids blew up his weight. I wish he would have stayed at 168.

Yes. He was a puncher at 160 and 168. He obviously had power at 175 but he didn’t carry it all the way up.

He was at his natural weight at 168. It’s such a shame that Roy Jones/James Toney and Eubank/Benn/Collins all fought around the same division around the same time and none of them cross the pond to fight.. Boxing politics are nothing new it’s just talked about more with the presence of social media..
