Yeah, when Fury opened his eyes like that, it was like something out of a movie. I thought he was unconscious. Insane how he not only got up but finished the round so strong.

I don't understand how anyone can be in support of the state of the sport we love. Robberies happen week on week, some are absolutely blatant. I don't think this can be denied.

You're sick of people crying robbery? I'm sick of the robberies.

    It was a blatant robbery.

Furey won 9 rounds to 3. The 12th was even a close 10-8 as Wilder was ready to go at the bell.

If they fight again it must be in the UK. The US sucks for equity in this sport.

i think at any point in any fight, at least one judge will have an obstructed view of punches being landed, so his scoring total will be based on a different set of punches than the other 2 judges. over the course of rds, the differences should start to cancel each other out and the cards should begin to look similar. but, and im no statistician, it would take a lot more than 12 rds to start to see consistency in results. sure, sometimes they will cancel out nicely, like they should, but youre gonna have the instances where the cards remained very different through 12. now was this legitimate foul play or a statistical but not unheard of reflection of what each judge saw from his vantage point? i have no doubt corruption exists at all levels of the sport, but im going to need more evidence than what ive seen so far if im gonna start convicting people.

I was relieved, because I thought they will give Wilder the win.

Thats fair and up to you. Boxing to me just has that air of corruption about it, robberies are far to common. They seem to happen more now, and more blatantly in big fights than I can remember in the past.

I'm not ready to string up anyone. I just don't like seeing the sport I love be damaged like this. That such high profile fights end like this won't bring in the casual fans over the likes of UFC. It feels like a bit of a joke, has come to the point we expect it when a traveling fighter goes to the cards. Whether it's caused by incompetence or corruption doesn't really matter.

It sucks so bad for the fighters, they train for weeks put on a great performance and then get cheated. Fury is lucky, he's already the established lineal champ so he doesn't need to go chasing belts. He is treating it as the win he deserved. We've seen many lesser profile fighters get jobbed who don't have that privilege, just goes a loss on there record and no one is the wiser that it's actually a fight they deserved to win. It can destroy their careers. Fury's just lucky enough to have high enough profile that it doesn't really matter.

Sorry I'm rambling a bit. Logging off now. A real FOTY candidate either way.

Soon as they said split decision, you knew fury would not get it. I gave wilder round 2 and he had the 2KDs. Didn't give him anything else in the fight.

When he got up in the 12th, I just thought thank god... justice has been done.

It would have been so cruel to have been k.o`d after the schooling.

Then I head split descision. I said "f*** off split decision

    Then I head 115-111 "f*** off 115- 111 silly cu*t"

Then I heard the draw and said "f*** off you robbing *******s"

I then said more swear words and came on here to voice my concerns.

    that's about it

I think (know) Fury edged it, the fact that even with 2 knockdowns, Wilder still didn't, on home soil get the shout, speaks volumes.
