What was your score for Hagler vs. Duran

The more closely I observe the Hagler vs Duran bout, after multiple re-watching, the more convinced I become that this should have been scored a fairly comfortable win for Hagler. I think Hagler was able to dominate Duran at will and his defensive and offensive prowess were on full display.

Duran hit a lot of air, gloves and arms. Overall, Duran's successes were limited to some ambitious right-hand connects and clever counters, in a few flashes of magic.

All but one of the rounds (12) that I gave to Duran were either close or a token award (see 11).

Hagler's finish to this bout was a "clinic" (Al Bernstein) and was another piece of evidence as to the brilliance of one Marvin Hagler.

My round-by-round scores are as follows:

1 Hagler - (Hagler does more in this quiet opener)
2 Hagler - (Hagler sends Duran a strong message on the inside)
3 Duran - (Competitive, but a good case for Duran)
4 Duran - (Very close, but Duran might deserve the edge here)
5 Hagler - (Clear round for Hagler - bar a single right-hand connect, Duran is subdued here)
6 Hagler - (Clear round for Hagler - He dominates with a distinct, upward shift in pace and power)
7 Hagler - (Clear round for Hagler - His pacey offensive continues to leave Duran behind)
8 Hagler - (Clear round for Hagler - Duran really feels the pace here)
9 Hagler - (Clear round for Hagler - He's in cruise control)
10 Hagler - (Closer round - Hagler bullies Duran for much of it, but Duran shows he's still in it)
11 Duran - (Hagler gives this round away - Duran's pressing enough to edge it)
12 Duran - (Heavily in favor of Duran - probably his best round of the fight)
13 Duran - (Very close - Hagler re-establishes his form, but Duran edges this one)
14 Hagler - (Clear round for Hagler - Hagler dominates)
15 Hagler - (Clear round for Hagler - Asserting his superiority at 160)
