I would be heavyweight but I reckon i could lose 25lbs just so I could fight Roy Jones and **** him up, just like all the other bums recently.

    CW for sure

6'0 and even when I was training 4-5 hours a day (from 20-26 years old) in MA I couldn't get down below 205, on a regular diet with zero dehydration.

I wonder if my dad taking steroids before I was conceived had anything to do with it. :huh

5'6 here, used to be only 130 pounds for most of my teens and young adult life. Then went and gained 45 pounds in a year while hitting the weights hard.

Ive lost about 10 pounds since then and am sitting at about 165, but if i wanted I bet I could drop down to 147.

5'7-5'8 and if I were to step in the ring right now I'd be a middleweight. I dont even look fat but I could cut alot of weight.

Not sure I got the calculations right (used my phone converter) but I'm 5'9 and 190 pounds. Been weightlifting for +20 years, so I guess my ideal weight would be around 175 for stepping into a ring.

This from the land of the obese, and the home of the fat.

154 would be ideal, but lower at welter is doable and higher at middle would be inevitable. I plan to compete amateur at welterweight, which is 152 lbs.

6'0, 215lbs (muscle, about 10% body fat). Would have to drain a bit because I'd be too small for heavyweight.

If Tito could get to 147 then I could have too, in my prime. Right now I might die trying to make 168.

Nothing ideal about being 5'9, 175 in a boxing ring. They'd be putting you on serious cardio with no food trying to strip off muscle.
