I'd say anywhere from 155-158. This is not the same Floyd who years ago would come in only a pound or two more on fight night than what he weighed in at the day before. This is a much bigger, muscular Floyd. Also an older Floyd who hasn't fought below 146 pounds in over four years. Watching 24/7 it was clear that Floyd had bulked up considerably So it wasn't a complete shock to see was unable to make the agreed weight of 144.

interesting. almost 60% of the voters believe floyd was at least 154 or bigger on fight night.

there are two extreme options which are also possible, <150 and >160. besides jmm himself "felt like" there was 20 pounds difference. if you feel it was neither, you can vote for the options in between.

Felt like it was 20 doesn't it was 20.

Floyd's body couldn't handle 20lbs let alone more than 10lbs of drying out.

Actually I said Mayweather likely refused to be weighed so as not to give any fodder to people claiming that the size difference was decisive. I myself never said that.

    Also, blow me.

Okay, from here on, I will recognize you as someone who knows some of the intricacies of the fight game. Either that or you're an athlete who has had to make weight for something. No offense to some of the lamen in here....but these fighters KILL themselves to make these weights. Putting on 10 pounds between the weigh in and fight would be less than average. Even Marquez gained 6 pounds.

That's about the best way to react to the frequent name calling here. I tell people to blow me too, but in different words.

    Good point!

The media made a big deal out of the agreed weight for the bout, then they made a big deal out of Floyd not making weight & assuming it must be because he's been struggling with his weight, he can't make 144lbs, etc.

In light of the above, Mayweather chose not to allow HBO to weigh him on fight night because he knew by doing so, the media would automatically say he must have put on a load of weight, must have put 10lbs or more, something silly!

Mayweather was clearly bigger than Marquez, but given how Floyd stays in condition & how well he prepares for bouts, I doubt he was more than 154lbs.

Floyd weighed 148lbs on the night agianst Hatton, while Ricky weighed something like 154lbs, but Floyd looked bigger than him!
