what weight gloves to buy

    I've been using cheap mitts for bag work and 16 oz for sparring. I'm noticing a huge difference in weight. I'm thinking about using 10 oz gloves for my bag work now.

    no 16oz,we aint allowed to spar unless you have 14 or 16 oz,i just was saying i much prefer 10oz gloves.

    ye u spar with 16oz but in contests u use 10oz
