    140.. Manny should not stay at WW or people might confuse him for someone who belongs there.

    Floyd can make 140 comfortably- without weight drain, and Manny shouldn't agree to a fight at anything higher than that.

    The common ground should be 140. Floyd is used to fighting at 147 which gives him a big advantage against Pac.
