If his next fight is another joke I cant see many taking him seriously, he gets a pass for his first fight back but he cant carry on like that surely. Even if its a road sweeper, as long as he takes it seriously that would be a step forward. If he comes in at the same weight or heavier, that wouldn't be a good sign.

He has got to be at least 25% body fat, probably more like 30%. He weighed 19.714 Stone on the night of his last fight. Just put it in a calculator, that's 4.92 stone of Fat (at 25%) and 14.78 stone of other stuff. Let's say he could get himself to 15% body fat with no gain or loss in muscle mass or anything else. He would lose (around) 2.2 Stone of fat and weigh roughly 17.5 Stone.

I think he needs to lose 2.2 Stone of fat and gain some muscle, 17.5 -18 stone total weight.

He weighed 17.6 stone for Wlad,

For the average person, 2lb a week is safe and acceptable. Fury is bigger than the average person, so could prob drop a bit more as he does have it to lose. His midriff looked shocking last fight.
Theres no reason why tyson cant come in a stone lighter.

I’m not convinced he’ll be much lighter...if the videos and picturesof him running in a polo shirt during a heatwave, apparently for an hour, without a bead of sweat on him or the polo are anything to go by...

    It’s all smoke and mirrors.
