Wilder was just 212lbs in his last fight with Fury and about 205lbs on fight night. What weight will Wilder come in at for Breazeale?

Yes. There was also a video from fighthype with wilder himself saying he weighed 204 or 205 but I can't find it, he said he had a cold but was still able to put that boy on his ass twice

So he was ill against Ortiz, and ill against Fury. Come on, give me a break...he just happened to be ill twice against the toughest opponents he had faced so far. Wasn't ill the 8-10 weeks before the fight though, he was perfectly fine then. Lightning doesn't strike twice.

Is this what boxing has resorted to? Broken toes, bad arms and a cold?

    210 lbs

As for him being lighter on fight night - meh, it's a story and one probably not to read too much into.

Officially we know he weighed 212 for Fury, which was lighter than Ortiz, which was lighter than Stiverne. Unofficially he claimed to have weighed 209, but he was coming out with excuses left, right and centre by that point, so who knows the truth of it.

212 is ridiculous for a six foot seven HW anyway. Something very fishy about that.

Russ Anber, who trains Wilder from time to time mentioned that Wilder is a picky eater, which is why his weight is so unpredictable. Anber talked Wilder in to getting a nutritionist and chef after Wilder won the WBC title and they made Wilder eat balanced meals regularly, so his weight was consistently over 225 lbs, but after the Arreola fight Wilder fired the nutritionist and chef and the results are him not holding on to weight like he should.

Yeah he's mentioned in the past that he has issues with eating enough, clearly a picky eater and like many picky eaters also an under eater which would explain why his weight has fluctuated throughout his career.

For a pro athlete to get his nutrition so wrong it's got to have a detrimental effect on his performances.
