5'7'' very thick set, currently around 185 due to a rugby player's regime Given proper training & diet I could get down to 147 and stay there pretty easily
I am 5' 11" and I eat right and do some strength training with no cardio, and I weigh about 157 pounds, If I did the cardio I would probably be a junior middleweight, probably couldn't make wealter weight without being weight drained.
i fight at SMW 5'11 with a walkaround weight on anywere between 12-12 1/2 depending on how badda week im having.
probably 160 the most ever i was about 201-202. I just got down past 180 briefly for the first time in years. I am surprised that after loosing 10 pounds I still have a bit of a belly. **** if I was a supreme athlete and rehydrating maybe even 154
i'm 6'1/2, about 180 and in quite good shape. with a little dehydration i could get to mw, but it wouldn't be easy. i'd be a strong mw though.
I was featherweight when I tried it, and I reckon with effort I could still do that, or maybe super-feather.
Im 6ft 2in 220lbs so i guess cruiser for me but would have to step up to heavy and pad my record like a mofo i would take on cliff couser , kevin mcbride , marcus rhode etc then get a title shot and get my ass ktfo lol in it for the paycheck. i punch hard but my stamina aint **** then again thinking about it i would be better at tough man contest
