i'm 5'10 and haven't trained properly is a year and weigh about 168 at the moment, if i was in proper training i would be a welter
I'm a little over 6ft and the last time I weighed my self 2-3 weeks ago I am 165 lbs. I would try for 154 but 160 and 168 are more realistict.
Probably at 135 or even 130.. I'm about 5'10, 145-150lbs.. I use to play a lot of sports and work out, but really I've just been workin' now which is framing houses so I do keep in shape somewhat.. Cigarettes have slowed me down too, but I do wanna' start working out again and get in real fit shape..
140 lbs for me. I'm 5'8 and I'm currently an Olympic weightlifter. Last time I weighed my self I was at 146.5 and I honestly cannot go all the way down to 135.I'm actually trying to gain weight, and reach the limit of my divisions which I think is 152lbs. That way I wont be giving away any pounds like I've done before.
Well, in weight lifting my weigh division is from 137-152. As of now I'm just trying to get to somewhere around 152. But if I were to box I'd fight at junior welter since I think I would be more effective there. EDIT: If you meant why dont I go all the way to 154 in weightlifting it's because the weigh in's are the morning of the competition, and the less weight I have to cut better. But two pounds aren't really hard to lose. I just have to wait and see how far up I'm able to go, since my coach says my frame is for the 169lbs weight division (olympic weightlifting, not boxing)
