Middleweight, maybe Junior Middle or at the least Welterweight, my walking weight is around 170-175 pounds at 5'9. A good weight for me but if I had boxing training I could get down some more.

Sounds like you are built like Montel Griffen.

35 pounds is a hell of a lot of weight to lose if you have very little body fat! - Surely you'd be weak as hell at SMW?

Im 5'9 as well and about 185 - could probably boil down to 160 as Ive got quite a bit of fat to lose!

6ft 1. 238lbs. Theres no way i could ever make cruiser professionally as my lean mass is bang on 200lbs.

This is easy... Heavyweight.... I'm 6'3 295.... If I were boxing I'd probably drop like 50 pounds.... I'll move fast through the ranks before I develop a Danny Williams love for cakes and pies... I'm not making cruiserweight..... EVER~!! not even trying...

im 5'10 175 on the dot right now, when I was in training, I was at 156. That was last summer, summer be4 that I was at 150 pounds.
But my girl told me I needed 2 get my weight up lol. SO I started lifting weights, I mayb could get back down to 156, but It would b hard.
So anywhere from Super welterweight, to LHW.

    I'm 6' 1" 220lbs which makes me a Heavyweight. No thanks!
I'd rather slim down and be the heaviest possible Cruiser at 200lbs even.

thats not necessarily a good move or advantage.

i'm 6ยด4 and about 238 and you have to fight at the weight that sits good with you.

Im 6'3, at my absolute bulkiest I weigh 200, but thats my absolute maximum. As of now I am around 185 and in excellent shape, dancing shape though, not boxing. I figure I would fight at 175 LHW, probably could do 168 also. If I really boiled down and did crazy amounts of running, maybe 160, but it would be a struggle
