    Don King did just as much, I think Ruiz was 15 for 3 and a ranked WBA contender haha.

    His work with kids is commendable, but dont over estimate what he did for Ruiz, Don King put him through the rankings like no bodys bussiness

    I do, I use to train at Somerville, MA at his gym. He is not like that in his gym. I guess, he lets it all out when it came to John.

    Ruiz had a good winning resume and I know King was not in then ring when John hurt and dropped Holyfield. Hurt Johnson who was ranked, hurt Golota who was ranked, hurt Rahman who was ranked, hurt and stopped Oquendo who was ranked. King sure did push John through the rankings, please. As far as his holding, he adjusted to the horrible KO loss to Tua. I use to watch Ruiz years before HW and he was quite a good boxer. I mean, I wll admit his style got boring, but he did well and even Holyfield stated it is so hard to figure out John's style. Like how everyone like Camacho's style until he met Rosario and his style changed with all the holding.
